The collage work that has continued with 'colored hanji,' collecting and recording the colors of everyday life, has evolved into a new approach. Instead of using pre-colored hanji, the artist now paints directly onto pieces of hanji, reflecting her contemplation on the essence of existence, its loss, and recovery. This transformation serves as an opportunity for the artist to immerse herself in the meaningful self-discovery of ‘existence’—a unique entity that is both a part of the whole and an irreplaceable individual.
